You will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and success of the programmatic advertising efforts. - Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the programmatic advertising strategy to achieve company-wide goals.
- Campaign Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of all programmatic advertising campaigns.
- Innovation and Growth: Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in programmatic advertising.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance and provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports and strategic plans to executive leadership.

- 8-10+ years of experience in programmatic advertising or digital media buying.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or related) is a plus.
- Extensive experience in strategic planning and execution of programmatic campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and performance optimisation.
- Proven track record of leading large teams and driving significant business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications such as Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or certifications from DSPs like The Trade Desk Edge Academy are highly desirable.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI.
